14-21 Time to Talk is a youth counselling service for young persons between the ages of 11 and 25 who reside, work and/or educate in West Berskhire. 

The counselling is professional, confidential and free.

The counselling sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis and each session lasts for approximately 50 minutes.

The counselling is offered at certain secondary schools and youth centres, and within our suite of rooms in Newbury Town Hall.

14-21 is very aware of the issues that affect young people in West Berkshire, especially those youngsters living in our more rural areas.
